I have been working in the mental health field since 2008, beginning my journey in the Human Resources department of a large non-profit mental health organization. That HR background equipped me with invaluable customer service skills, allowing me to connect with individuals on a personal level every day. A significant part of my role involved managing benefits administration, which opened the door for me to truly understand the complexities of insurance benefits.

In 2019, I embraced a new challenge as the Office Administrator at a newly established outpatient private practice. Here, I took pride in handling new client intake calls, verifying insurance, and scheduling appointments, ensuring that every potential client felt welcomed and supported.

By 2021, I stepped up to manage the billing for the practice, and today, I proudly serve as the Practice Administrator. I oversee the administrative operations and lead our dedicated administrative and billing staff. It is a special privilege to be a part of our Leadership Team and contribute to the growth and success of the practice as it is today.

My heartfelt goal is to assist providers who may feel overwhelmed by billing or simply wish to focus on the care of their clients. I'm here to support you with all your billing and office needs, ensuring that you can dedicate yourself to what truly matters: your clients.
